We are taking a closer look at one of our Kannonball Sponsors, Motowoz. These guys are a local company who do incredible work creating high performance shock absorbers.

What made you want to be a part of Kannonball?

We’ve participated in a handful of rallies and we’ve always had a very good time! It’s such a fun well organized event full of great people. Plus with the event tied to a great charity, it made the decision to get more involved easy.

Tell us more about your business

Motowoz manufactures high performance shock absorbers for on and off road applications. We have won countless championships all over the world in MX, GNCC and desert racing. Our products are designed, engineered and manufactured on site in our Minneapolis facility.

Tell us your brand story

As a family we got me involved in ATV racing and that led to getting involved with the ATV industry side of things. From there we took our background in manufacturing, engineering and formula car racing and started producing racing shock absorbers and the rest is history.

What do you want Kannonballers to know about your business?

Although we don’t make automotive street products, we are passionate auto sports & motorsports fans. We love it all!

What are you most looking forward on the Kannonball 2018 rally?

All the heated arguments about the checkpoint strategy! Ha, actually just looking forward to seeing where the rally is going to take us this year, and the fun events it’ll involve.
